Will the top speed of my car change?
The digital operation of the Power box will not alter the top speed or the limiter. The main aim is to increase power and torque through out the rev range.

Can the Power box damage my engine?
No, the digital operation of the Power box ensures an increase in performance of your diesel engine without affecting the engines reliability.

What does approval TUV mean?
TUV approval means the product complies with legal exhaust-emissions standards. TUV testing includes:

• The use of quality materials in the manufacture of a given product in the automotive sector
• Emissions standards are of a similar nature to the original manufacturer
• No risk of damage in the fitting or use of the product
• Power and economy stated figures are accurate and are not misleading

Why not have the chip in the ECU changed instead?

• No intervention with the original ECU is needed
• The Power box is easy to remove and install and can be transferred to a similar vehicle unlike an ECU chip-please check compatibility
• Easy to install by the DIY enthusiast or the professional chip tuner
• Main Dealer diagnostic equipment cannot detect that the Power box has been fitted
• Due to the use of manufacturers original equipment connections the Power box can be removed leaving no trace of installation
• In the majority of cases no need to cut into your vehicles wiring loom as is often the case with cheaper products

How does the Power box decrease fuel consumption as well as increase power?
If the increased torque when the Power box is fitted is used in the lower rev range a small amount of fuel can be saved. Clients have reported increases of 2 to 5 MPG.

We suggest that you inform your insurance company. Please state that our product has full TUV approval.

Can I turn the power on and off?
Most models of Power box are fitted with a facility to install a switch to turn the power box off if needed perhaps when the vehicle is being used by a less experienced driver.
